Maureen is responsible for Investment Operations, supporting the Chief Operations Officer in Spruceview’s Client account opening and investment processes.

Maureen has extensive client service and corporate management experience. Prior to joining Spruceview, she was Head of Client Experience for AG2 Solutions, where she structured and managed several corporate administration functions. She was also Client Admin Executive and Trust Delegate at Citibanamex, managing the front desk for Corporate Pension Fund Trusts, working with clients as a liaison in transactions of the trusts. She began her career as Investment Fund Seller in the Institutional Privilege focus area in Skandia Mexico.

Maureen holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Universidad del Valle de México and is currently pursuing a secondary degree in Psychology.

Joe is responsible for accounting, financial and administrativeduties.

Prior to joining Spruceview, Joe was a Property Accountant atEchelon Property Group. His prior experience includes privateequityfund accounting at Wasserstein & Co., a boutiqueinvestment bank.

Joe holds a B.S. in Accounting from SUNY at Albany.

CJ is responsible for evaluating private equity and venture capital investments and supporting portfolio management activities across the private markets portfolios.

Prior to joining Spruceview, CJ spent two years at a technology-focused investment bank, CDX Advisors, where he assisted and advised in capital raising and M&A underwriting. Prior to CDX Advisors, CJ worked in the Leveraged Finance Investment Banking group at Deutsche Bank. He began his career in the private equity sector with an internship at Arsenal Capital Partners, where he assisted in evaluating prospective portfolio investments on the Healthcare team.

CJ holds a B.B.A from the University of Notre Dame- Mendoza College of Business, where he graduated with a degree in Finance.

Jorge is responsible for supporting investment and portfolio management activities for private markets portfolios.

Jorge has extensive private markets investing, M&A, and corporate finance experience. Prior to joining Spruceview, he was the Head of Investments, Treasury and Financial Control at Seguros Sura México responsible for portfolio strategy and for asset and liability management. Previously, he was the Deputy Head of Alternatives at Afore Profuturo where he led asset allocation for alternatives and private market investments across strategies in Mexico and international markets. Prior to that, he supported M&A and corporate finance initiatives at Grupo Bal, one of the largest business conglomerates in Mexico.

Jorge holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and a Master of Finance degree

Ryan is responsible for supporting the Chief Compliance Officer including regulatory compliance and administering the firm’s compliance program.

Prior to joining Spruceview, Ryan was an Anti-Money Laundering Analyst at IBM where he utilized a comprehensive knowledge of anti-money laundering fundamentals. Ryan began his career at Vail Resorts working as a payroll analyst.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in both Finance and Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises from Syracuse University.

Julian is responsible for supporting the Client Solutions and Investment Teams in Latin America.

He has extensive institutional investment management experience. Prior to joining Spruceview, he led the Asset Mangement team at Grupo Bimbo, overseeing the investments of over $3 bn USD in pension funds and other financial assets across 32 different countries.

Julian holds a Bachelor´s Degree in Finance from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He is a CFA charterholder.

Maddie is responsible for supporting the Client Solutions and Investment Teams, as well as ESG investment activities.

Maddie joined Spruceview on a full-time basis in 2022 following a year-long internship at the firm.

Maddie holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Fairfield University, graduating Cum Laude. She is a member of the Beta Alpha Psi honor society.

Bryan is responsible for building and managing multi-asset class portfolios including public equity, real estate, infrastructure, and real asset portfolios. He also oversees the firm’s risk management and portfolio analytics process.

He has extensive institutional investment management and financial institution experience. Prior to joining Spruceview, he was a Vice President in JPMorgan’s Retirement Plan Investment Group, where he co-managed a $1.3 billion real assets portfolio. He began his career at MMG Partners as a strategy consultant.

Bryan holds a B.S. from Cornell University. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Miles is responsible for finance, accounting, and managing fund relationships. He has over 8 years of finance, investment, accounting, and operations experience in his career. Prior to Spruceview, Miles led strategic finance initiatives at Angi and worked as a Private Equity Associate at Resource Land Holdings. Before these experiences, he worked in Corporate Development for a PE-backed company and worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at GulfStar Group.

Miles holds a B.B.A from Baylor University.

Renee is responsible for building and managing multi-asset class investment portfolios. Renee co-leads the firm’s private market investment activities. She directs the formation and management of customized marketable alternative/hedge fund portfolios. Renee also spearheads the firm’s ESG initiatives.

She has extensive institutional investment management and capital markets experience. Prior to joining Spruceview, she was a Managing Director in JPMorgan’s Retirement Plan Investment Group, where she contributed to the overall investment portfolio with an emphasis on managing the marketable alternatives strategy, which grew from $200 million to $2.4 billion during her tenure, and implemented the Plan’s strategic distressed credit exposure. Prior to JPMorgan, Renee was an Associate Director at the Rockefeller Foundation, where she implemented global marketable, private equity and hedge fund investment strategies for a $4.1 billion endowment portfolio. She began her career in capital markets at Lehman Brothers.

Michiyo is responsible for accounting, finance and managing relationships with fund administrators.

Prior to joining Spruceview, Michiyo was Assistant Controller at Wurth USA, Inc. in New Jersey.

Michiyo holds a B.A. in Business Management at Rutgers University, graduating Cum Laude.

Neetesh leads the creation and management of customized portfolios and product solutions in private markets including buyouts, venture capital, private credit, special situations, real estate and infrastructure investments.

Prior to Spruceview, he was a Managing Director in JPMorgan’s Retirement Plan Investment Group, responsible for the global private markets portfolio, including private equity and real assets. Previously, he was a Partner at Rho Fund Investors and a Senior Portfolio Manager and Director of Private Equity Investments for the Regents of the University of California. Prior experience includes senior roles with One Equity Partners, Andersen Consulting, and Vetri Systems.

Neetesh holds a B.E. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from The National Institute of Engineering in India, an M.S. in Computer Science from Wayne State University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. He is a former trustee and investment committee chair of the Head-Royce School in Oakland, California.

Javier is responsible for supporting the Chief Compliance Officer, including regulatory compliance and administering the firm’s compliance program.

Prior to joining Spruceview, he was a Compliance Associate at Compliance Advisers, Inc. where he provided compliance consulting services to SEC and FINRA registered firms, including investment advisers and broker-dealers. He began his career as a Retirement Plan Representative at T. Rowe Price.

Javier holds a B.S in Finance from Towson University.

Yitong is responsible for supporting investments evaluations and portfolio management activities for the private markets portfolios.

Prior to joining Spruceview, she was an acting manager in financial management at Sal Group Inc. Her prior experience includes an Investment Internship at Teng Yue Partners and an Investment Banking Internship at China Industrial Securities.

Yitong holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, where she graduated with high honors and a Master’s in Business Analytics and Risk Management from Johns Hopkins University.

Jeronimo is responsible for supporting the Investment and Client Solutions Team.

Prior to joining Spruceview, he served as an Investment Analyst at Dux Capital, where he led multiple Venture Capital investments. In this role, he tracked fund performance and made significant contributions to fundraising strategies.

Jeronimo holds a B.A. in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana.

Macey is responsible for evaluating investments and supporting portfolio management activities for the private markets portfolios.

Macey joined Spruceview on a full-time basis in 2016 following a year-long internship at the firm. Her prior experience includes a Merchandising and Retail Sales Internship for Suja Juice.

Macey holds a B.A. from Boston College, graduating Cum Laude.

Erika is responsible for legal coverage supporting client relationships in Mexico and Latin America.

She has broad experience in capital markets; corporate and structured finance; M&A and joint ventures; financial derivatives; financial services regulation; and general corporate practice.

Prior to joining Spruceview, Erika worked for public companies and financial institutions such as Ixe Grupo Financiero / Grupo Financiero Banorte, where she worked for twelve years as Head Counsel, during that time, her responsibilities included: capital markets (equities, note offerings, securitizations, tender and exchange offers; M&A transactions; financial derivatives and credit support documentation; certain financial regulatory matters; general corporate matters and liaison with financial authorities.

Erika was born in Mexico City, Mexico. She received her law degree from Universidad Anáhuac México.

Hannah is responsible for the operations and administration of Spruceview’s investment process and administering the firm’s compliance program.

Hannah has extensive regulatory compliance experience. Prior to joining Spruceview, she was a Compliance Specialist at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP where she addressed and assessed regulatory compliance matters faced by investment advisers, mutual funds, privately offered funds, and other regulated entities. She began her career in the legal and compliance department at Halcyon Asset Management LLC in New York, New York.

Hannah holds a B.S. from Marymount Manhattan College, graduating magna cum laude.

Jim leads the creation of customized portfolios for clients by working with the broader team to design client- specific asset allocation, risk management and rebalancing strategies.

He has extensive institutional investment experience, most recently as Managing Director and Head of the Long Duration and Structured Fixed Income Product Team at JPMorgan Asset Management, where he worked with clients to design and implement customized portfolio strategies for defined benefit pension plans. Jim’s prior experience includes other roles in the JPMorgan Asset Management Fixed Income Group and at Morgan Guaranty Trust, where he started the financial portion of his career.

Jim holds a B.A. in English from the College of the Holy Cross. He began his career as a teacher and assistant principal at Nativity Mission School on the Lower East Side of New York.

Richard is responsible for leading and managing Spruceview and overseeing all investment activities.

Prior to joining Spruceview, he was CIO of JPMorgan’s Global Pension and Retirement Plans, where he led the overall investment strategy and successfully transitioned the Plan to a globally diversified multi-asset class portfolio. Prior to JPMorgan, Richard was CEO and President of Founders Asset Management, where he helped create growth-oriented investment products for institutional, private and retail clients. Prior experience includes senior management roles at Prudential Securities and Tucker Anthony.

Richard holds a B.A. from Syracuse University. He is a fellow of the David Rockefeller Foundation, former board member of the Denver Children’s Hospital and former board member of the New York Botanical Garden.

Adam is responsible for accounting, finance, tax administration and managing relationships with custodians and fund administrators.

He has over 12 years of external reporting, finance, operations and administration experience within the investment industry. Before joining Spruceview, Adam had served as Fund Administration Manager at Shelton Capital Management. He began his career as a Financial Reporting Analyst for Janus Henderson Investors.

Adam holds a B.S. in Finance from Colorado University. He also earned a Master’s in Finance, and is currently pursuing a M.S. in Data Analytics, from Colorado State University.

Roxanne has served as a consultant to Spruceview Capital Partners since 2017. She partners across the firm to deliver tailored solutions to current and prospective clients.

Prior to Spruceview, Roxanne was at JPMorgan Asset Management as a Relationship Manager within the Institutional Advisory & Sales Team. She was a Product Research and Development Analyst at Morgan Stanley Investment Management before joining JPMorgan.

Roxanne obtained a B.A. in Economics from Fordham University, summa cum laude. She is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa, Omicron Delta Epsilon, and Alpha Sigma Nu honor societies and was recently appointed as a Professional-In-Residence at Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business.

Carolina is responsible for supporting the Investment and Client Solutions Teams.

Prior to joining Spruceview, she was a management consultant at Bain & Co. Before that, she led the Risk Management team at Grupo Bimbo, overseeing a derivatives portfolio of +$1.3 Bn.

Carolina holds a B.A. in Economics from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mexico and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she graduated with honors.

Nicolas is responsible for leading business development efforts in Chile.

Prior to joining Spruceview, he was a Multifamily Office Advisor at Abaqus Spa, where he built and managed portfolios for family offices, institutions, and high net worth individuals. He also served as Investment Manager at Los Quilantos Investment, where he was responsible for due diligence within private equity, family investment structure, and research and analysis. Previously, he was the Trade Commissioner – Head of Economic Department at ProChile, where he promoted the investment and trades of goods, services and investments across Chile and internationally. His prior experience includes Toesca Asset Management and Credicorp Capital, within the investment advisory space. He began his career at El Mercurio as an Economic Analyst.

Nicolas holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Engineering from the Universidad del Desarrollo.
